Kaiju Ink Sketches

For once, I kept my promise of Godzilla Art!!! But first, let's talk about the movie, it was damn enjoyable, I certainly didn't have any major issues.... except Godzilla could have used waaaaay more screentime than generic white dude main character. But when Big G was on the screen, he stole the show. Damn good time indeed.

Before I get to drawing fanart of the new movie, however, here's some small ink sketches of some of my favorite monsters (plus a latios). We have my all-time favorite, Destoroyah, because he's so baller ( i usually go for agile speedsters, so it's really weird for him to be my favorite).

Then There's Ghidorah, who is a dragon. yea. Anyway, the one I drew isn't really based off of any particular suit, it's just a conglomerate of Ghidorah designs. (mostly Rebirth of Mothra)

Then there's megaguirus, cool ass dragon fly. I tell you what that one has probably the best ink job up there. Also, one of my favorite Millinium era movies.

Also, up there at the top is Red, from the hilarious Godzilla NES Creepypasta, which is a delight. I honestly think it's not as bad as the title suggests, the aesthetic of it is pretty appealing to me.... But halfway through it gets reeeeaaaally dumb. so dumb.
